Terms and Conditions

Would you like to participate in a workshop? Please read the following carefully.

By participating in a workshop, you are confirming your agreement to the following terms.

1) Booking

Upon booking a mobile creativity workshop with Zahra Topping, the client will receive a booking confirmation email, confirming the date, time, agreed location, number of participants, price and type of workshop booked.

If you need to change the date or location of your workshop, please contact Zahra Topping as soon as possible to arrange a new date.

2) Cancellation

Workshops can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the agreed workshop date. 

Workshops cancelled up to one week before the agreed workshop date will be charged 50% of agreed price

Workshops cancelled less than one week before the agreed workshop date will be charged the full agreed price. 

In the case of illness, injury or major event which prevents the workshop from taking place as agreed, it is the responsibility of the client to inform Zahra Topping (workshop facilitator) as soon as possible.

Likewise, should Zahra Topping be prevented from carrying out the workshop due to illness, injury or other major event, she will inform the client as soon as possible. In this case, workshops will be refunded or rescheduled in agreement with the client.

3) Payment

Clients will receive an invoice for the booked services. The invoice should be paid in full by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date.

4) Materials supplied

Zahra Topping will provide the participants with all the basic workshop tools and materials for usage during the workshops. 

If further materials are desired, these can be agreed with Zahra Topping in advance.

In the case of damage due to ill-use of the worksop tools or deviation from safety instructions, the participant will be held responsible and asked for compensation.

5) Safety Instructions

Zahra Topping will provide the participants with basic workshop tools and materials for usage during the workshops. Correct and proper tool and material usage will be explained to the workshop participants.

Participants in the workshops agree to take responsibility for their own safety and to follow safety instructions. 

Any deviation from the given instructions will be at the risk and peril of the workshop participants.

For the health and safety of participants, face masks and protective gloves will be provided where recommended (e.g. when working with pigments). In participating in the workshop, the participants agree to comply with safety recommendations.

The participants must follow the directions and instructions given by the workshop facilitator to ensure that no harm or damage is caused to the tools and equipment, as well as to ensure the safety of the participants. Any deviation from the given instructions will be at the risk and peril of the participant. 

Participants are recommended to bring appropriate clothes and apron.

By booking a workshop you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Safety Instructions.
